Our Services:
We are a multi-disciplinary design research, strategy and innovation studio. At Wabbit, we provide a broad spectrum of expertise-driven services for building our customer’s brand business identity. We do so through visual communication, innovative conceptual storytelling and brand promotion through digital and print ad campaigns over various platforms including social media.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All the materials of this website, which includes images, video clips, animations, artwork, texts among others, will remain to be a protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual property rights. All the rights pertaining to the usage of such materials lies solely with the website by virtue of the protection guaranteed through such intellectual property rights. Except with our prior written consent, any user must not reproduce, copy, translate, transmit, upload, republish, modify or distribute any of the said materials since the same will stand to be in violation of the statutorily protected intellectual property rights.
User Eligibility:
The products and services provided by this website are only available to users who are legally eligible to enter into contracts. The criteria of eligibility is provided under the relevant provisions of the Indian Contracts Act, 1872. Any user of this website has to comply with the said requirements for entering into contract with us. For the purposes of illustration, it is explicitly stated here that persons incompetent within the provisions of the Indian Contract.

Our privacy policy governs the way in which Wabbit collects, uses and discloses the personal information collected from its users over the website. This privacy policy is applicable to the website and all other products and services offered by Wabbit.
At Wabbit, respect of privacy of users and adherence to statutory requirements is given prime importance. However, anonymous visits to our will not have to be accompanied by sharing information. The customer, by virtue of these Terms & Conditions, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any person associated with this website, from any liability arising in relation with the user’s interaction with the website.

This website reserves the right to modify, change or alter any of the Terms & Conditions at any time, without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to periodically review our Terms & Conditions for any updates.
Legal Dispute and Resolution:
In case of any dispute arising between us and the user or any dispute involving this website, the same shall be governed by the laws of India. The resolution of such disputes lie in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
